Should you need to cancel a reservation at the last minute that was made directly through the Inn, you will never "lose" your deposit. Depending upon the circumstances, it will either be refunded or credited toward a future stay.

If you made your reservation through a third party travel agent, and you cancel with fewer than 14 days' notice, and we are not able to re-book your room, you will forfeit your deposit.

Our book direct guests are able to add money saving specials and a variety of packages to their reservation, which generally aren't available to guests who book through an online travel agent like booking.com and Expedia.

Pay The Lowest Price - Guaranteed!

There are times when an online travel agent will run a sale on one of our rooms - advertising it at a lower price than what is advertised on our website. If that is the case, just let us know and we'll either meet or beat that price. You will always pay the best rate when you book direct.

When able, our direct book guests are allowed an earlier check-in and a delayed check out at noon.

Save the 5%-8% Added Fee Off Your Lodging As part of our Book Direct and Save Special, you pay 5 - 8% less than when you book through an online travel service. Although the posted standard rates on our website are the same as those posted on travel sites, guests who book directly with us do not pay the additional 5 - 8% fee, which is added to reservations booked through travel sites.
