Policies

Your deposit, equal to 50% of your stay, will be processed immediately upon making your reservation. Your remaining balance will be collected upon check-out. If you are booking 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay at the time of booking. 1-night stays require full prepayment.

Should you need to cancel your reservation 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel your reservation within 7-14 days of your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your 50% deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of your planned arrival, you will forfeit the cost of your full reservation.

Check-in time is between 3pm-5pm. If you will be arriving earlier than 3pm, please let us know and we will do our best to provide early access to your room. If your room is not yet ready, you may leave your vehicle in our parking lot and stroll to the beautiful Camden harbor and village on foot, a short walk from the inn. If you'll be checking-in after 5pm, we're happy to provide self check-in instructions for your convenience.

Check-out time on the day of your departure is at 11am. If you need a later check-out, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Rates are for double occupancy. All of our rooms, with the exception of the Grace Bailey and Mattie suites, are for a maximum of two people. Both the Grace Bailey and Mattie suites can accommodate up to 3 individuals. There is a $50 charge for the third person in those rooms.

All rates are subject to 9% Maine lodging tax.

We are a smoke-free inn. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

We have a full liquor license at the inn. You are welcome to purchase and enjoy beer, wine and/or spirits on our premises.

We welcome children 12 & over to maintain the intimate nature of our inn.

We love pets, but apologize that we are unable to accommodate them at our inn. We would be happy to refer you to a nearby kennel for your pet's accommodations.
